MEET AMY
On July 13, 1964, the world welcomed Amy Louise Daniels, a remarkable woman born with the BRCA-1 gene—a mutation that significantly increases the risk of ovarian and breast cancer. From the beginning, Amy faced a daunting destiny tied to this genetic burden.
During the time I knew her, Amy often asked why she had to carry such a weight. My answer was always the same: to save lives. I told her what I believe to this day—“GOD chose you because He knew you’d be the one strong enough to turn this knowledge into something powerful.”
Amy’s Foundation was born from that belief. In her honor, we’re working to ensure no woman walks this road without answers, hope, or a fighting chance.
